I love this, Rachel! I'm going through a similar process - I'm over the cookie-cutter New Year's resolutions - I've had the same ones for years. At 65, it's time to make meaningful changes - I'm more aware that my number of opportunities to make real change are diminishing!

Thank you! I'd love to hear more about your process or what changes you have a lot of energy around making?

I've been getting up at 5:00 am (or earlier if that's what my body decides is right), and I go into my studio and do my gratitude list, then I journal - lately for at least an hour. I've also been doing a LOT of Tapping (EFT). A lot of inner child work - I had a good childhood, but, wow - the stuff that comes up when you start exploring your perceived limitations! I think the most energy is around actually making the changes instead of just writing about them and thinking about them.

I re-read the 12 Week Year a few weeks ago and decided that I was going to jump into that in January. Right after I finished reading it, I saw an online workshop, so I signed up. I ended up being chosen to receive free lifetime access to the Accelerator program because I was engaged and open and vulnerable in the chat. I spoke about my daughter's cancer and how 2024 felt like a year in limbo.

Then I decided to re-ignite my passion project - To 60 & Beyond, One Woman's Search for Meaning (on Tuesday, the same day as the 12WY Workshop), and I was invited to join a small writers group and given a partial scholarship! That was after I put in the chat on the workshop that one of my aspirations was to be a NYT Best Selling Author. I don't even know where that came from - but evidently the Universe has plans! Who am I to argue?

2025 is about dancing with the Universe - and allowing her to lead.
